A. There is never any guarantee of earnings or profits.
B. We have the right to change the terms and conditions of this site at any time.
C. Upgrade payments made to AutoHits4u are considered membership fees, not investments or deposits of any kind. The money we pay members is a payment for the service provided by them, viewing other member websites. All membership fees are non-refundable; charge-backs are grounds for account cancellation.
D. We cannot be held responsible for unforeseen or uncontrollable events involving our reserve fund, member participation, technical issues, or legislation. It may become necessary for the managers of the site to change our earning rates and referral commissions for continued growth and sustainability.
E. You may only have one account. Our IP verification technology will insure adherence to this policy. Anyone found in violation will have all offending accounts deleted without warning and all earnings withheld.
F. Your account will be deleted if you are inactive for 365 days.
G. Should you choose to participate in our referral program, be aware that all referral earnings are one-time percentage payments based on your referrals' membership fees. You do not earn commissions on the earnings of your referrals.
H. In order to provide our professional members with a seamless online experience, it is a requirement that each site that you promote on our site must comply with the following rules. There will be a no-tolerance policy for the below offenders. The accounts will be deleted without notice and all earnings will be lost. No pop-up windows, pop-in windows, downloads, redirects, trojans, or malicious code No broken, under-construction sites, or slow-loading sites No site with the following themes: personals, eroticism, matchmaking, mail-order brides, religion, politics, goth, wicca, satanism, war games No adult, illegal, violent, or inappropriate content
I. You agree to receive from AutoHits4u.com and your up-line (should you so choose), periodic emails regarding this site, your account, and suggested programs. We will not share your email or personal information with others.
J. We encourage you to promote AutoHits4u.com. However, be aware that any of the following methods of promotion will result in immediate termination of your account and loss of earnings: spam, bulk mail, bulk forum postings, pop-up ads, pop-under ads, and unsolicited instant messages.
K. A payment ID is the PayPal account you use for transactions with our program. Referrers cannot share a payment ID (purchased with or paid to) with any of their referrers. A single payment ID cannot be associated with any more than one AutoHits4u account.
L. Members are prohibited from contacting other AutoHits4u members on our forum for the purpose of enlisting those individuals to purchase upgrades for them or fund their payment processor accounts. Members are prohibited from spamming their referrals for the purpose of promoting programs non-related to AutoHits4u.com
M. Members may not request to have their upline (referrer) changed unless the referrer is abusing the relationship in some way. In this case, the existing referrer will be removed and no new one will be assigned. Members may not make offers on or off of our site and forum intended to lure existing AutoHits4u members into creating new accounts under them.
N. Members are fully responsible for insuring that anyone they refer to the site uses that member's correct referral link in order to signup. AutoHits4U will not be responsible for changing the referrer after the fact should a mistake of this nature occur. All help tickets, emails, or phone calls requesting such will not be acknowledged.
O. AutoHits4u takes no responsibility or liability for incentive offers made to potential referrals. If we receive verifiable complaints that members have defaulted on any incentive offer, the member's account will be immediately suspended pending investigation. In addition, members may only make incentive offers to potential referrals if they meet the following criteria:
1. The offer must be clearly defined including the exact incentive, when the referral will receive the incentive, and any deadline for the offer.
2. The offer must include a working email contact address for the member making the offer.
3. The offer may not be displayed on a banner.
4. Offers contained in hypertext links or forum signatures MAY NOT link directly to your AutoHits4u referral page. They must link to either your email address or to a page where the details of the incentive offer are displayed.
5. The offer may not include any false claims nor misrepresentation of our site or its terms of service.
Any members found in violation of the above are subject to immediate account cancellation and loss of all earnings.
